Worcester Dept. of Public Health COVID-19 Information Line: 508-799-1019. The line provides facts and information about COVID-19, how to stop the spread, what to do if someone is experiencing symptoms and quarantine information. The line is available in English, Spanish, Vietnamese and Albanian with an option for individuals to speak live with a nurse, Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
