Where do we advertise public hearing notices?

The Applicant is responsible for paying the cost of the Public Notification. The Commission office places a Public Notice in the Millbury-Sutton Chronicle thru their Column, Inc. affiliate.  Column, Inc. provides the billing cost back to the Commission. The Commission then forwards the billing information back to the Applicant for payment directly to Column, Inc.  The Commission may choose to withhold final decisions or Orders of Conditions until the Public Notice has been paid by the applicant.
