About Millbury Fire Department:
Millbury Fire Department proudly protects 13000 people living in an area of 15 square miles. We operate out of 4 stations that protect a primarily residential area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a paid on call status.
l Millbury Fire consists of 1 Chief, 4 Assistant Chiefs, 4 Captains, 7 Lieutenants, and 31 Firefighters.
l We also have a recruit class of 9. We have 4 pumpers, 1-3000 gal. tanker, 1-75' aerialscope, a walk-in rescue, a large diameter hose reel truck, a 4x4 forestry unit, and a fire alarm bucket truck.
l Our special equipment consists of 2 sets of Hurst JAWS, a Cairns helmet, and 3-Cairns VIPERS.
