PLEASE NOTE:
The Town of Millbury adopted additional local excise on 05/04/2010.
Beginning on 07/01/2010, all vendors of meals located within Millbury must
collect and remit a total state and local sales tax on meals of 7% to the
Massachusetts Department of Refvenue (DOR):
6.25% for the state sales tax on meials and
.75% for the local option sales tax on meals.
