To request a Municipal Lein Certificate:
1. Please mail letter requesting property address & Map/Lot of location.
2. Enclose $50.00 Check* Payable to: Town of Millbury
3. Enclose a self addressed stamped envelope.
Insufficient Check Fee
Any Check returned to our office for insufficient funds is charged with a $25.00 fee
*Please be advised that effective July 1, 2009 the Municipal Lien Certificate fee was increased to $50.00.
