The license is to be renewed before April 1st of each year. A reminder is printed on your Annual Census Form you receive in January and is posted on the center message board and on the Public Access Channel.
The fee schedule is $10.00 January-March, $15.00 April-June, and $30.00 July-December this amount includes a late fee of $15.00.
Please note: If you purchase a dog between the months of July and December the fee will only be $15.00 with proof of purchase.
You can obtain a dog license either in person at the Town Clerk’s Office or by mail. To license your dog by mail, please complete the License Form (below) and send to the Town Clerk with the following:
l Current rabies certificate
l Check made payable to the Town of Millbury
Once processed, the license tag will be mailed back to you. If you no longer own a dog that was previously licensed, please notify the Town Clerk’s Office so that we can update our records.
