Dog Licenses

The Fee for a Dog License is $10.00. The license is to be renewed before April 1^st of each year. A reminder is printed on your Annual Census Form you receive in January of each year. If not renewed before April 1^st, the fee increases to $15.00 and after July 1^st, a late fee of $15.00 is assessed.

You can obtain a dog license either in person at the Town Clerk’s Office or by mail. To license your dog by mail, please complete the License Form (page down) and send to the Town Clerk with the following:

l Current rabies certificate

l Check made payable to the Town of Millbury

Once processed, the license tag will be mailed back to you. If you no longer own a dog that was previously licensed, please notify the Town Clerk’s Office so that we can update our records.
