Board of Health Sponsored H1N1 Flu Clinic
The Millbury Board of Health will sponsor a free H1N1 Flu Clinic for the general public, which includes any Millbury resident or any employee of the Town of Millbury. The clinic will be held on Tuesday, February 2 from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Millbury High School. Please park in the back lot and enter the back door to proceed to the media center.
A second H1N1 Flu Clinic may be held on Saturday, February 6, 2010 from 9:00 a.m. – noon at Millbury High School, only if a large number of individuals are not vaccinated by 8:00 p.m. on February 2nd.
Children, under age 10 who require a second dose of the vaccine, are encouraged to participate. All children, ages 15 and under must be accompanied by a parent. Students, ages 16 and 17 must have written parent permission and can pick up a consent form at the high school nurse’s office prior to the clinic.
All participants must have a picture ID, indicating that they are Millbury residents or Town employees.
