PUBLIC NOTICE
The Town of Millbury Department of Public Works will be conducting a spring clean-up of all trees and branches that were generated during the ice storm on December 12, 2008. Working with FEMA, the Town is hiring a chipping crew that will travel every street in Millbury and pick up and chip any brush piles that are left on the side of the road by private citizens. This clean up will be conducted between April 13 and April 24, 2009. Citizens are asked to collect and stack their brush by the side of the road for removal. The crew is not allowed to enter private property to pick up the brush. Trees must be less than 6 inches in diameter. Stumps will not be picked up.
