OPEN BURNING PERMITS The Millbury Fire Department will be opening the burning season early due to the amount of debris from the ice storm. Beginning January 5, 2009, permits will be available at the fire station Monday through Friday 8:30a-1p and 2p-4:30p, and on Saturdays from 9 to noon.  Cost is $10.00.
